Out-of-pocket costs will vary depending on your health insurance benefits, whether you qualify for a sliding scale fee, the therapist you see, and other factors.

We offer a Christian model of counseling. Our normal insurance rate is billed per session (50-60 minute) for individuals and for families. In order to assist more individuals/families who may not have insurance or have financial constraints, we have developed a payment schedule with a sliding scale fee. This is based on income level or need of the individual/family. Each situation will be evaluated and the fee set accordingly.

Your insurance may partially or fully cover the cost of your therapy. We know that calling and checking insurance benefits can be time-consuming, confusing, and frustrating at times. So, we are happy to help figure out your benefits.

Know Your Benefits

If you’d like to know more about your own benefits you can call your insurance  company and ask the following questions:

  • Is outpatient behavioral health office visit covered?
  • What is my co-insurance/co-pay for out-patient behavioral health office visits?
  • Do I have a deductible and has it been met fully or partly?
  • Are there any limits to the number of sessions per year for psychotherapy?
  • Do I need to have prior authorization for outpatient office visits?

Insurance Providers

The following is a list of insurance companies we are currently working with:

  • Medicaid (Kancare)
  • Medicare
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Other Private Insurance
  • Some Employee Assistance Programs

This is not a complete list. If your insurance company is not listed you may still be able to get assistance.

Reduced session fees based on income are available on a case-by-case basis. Check with your therapist for more information.

Payment Types

We accept cash, check, debit, and most major credit cards.

Verify with your therapist what payment options are accepted.
